Eggs are part of the bug life cycle in Bug Evolution. Adult bugs get a LAY EGG ability, and the shop sells products to spawn and hatch eggs instantly.

Lay Egg ability

The LAY EGG button appeared on a spider in Whispering Woods and on a Lv 53 Wolf Spider. An "ADULT ONLY" slot on younger bugs suggests eggs unlock once your bug is an adult to be verified.

Why eggs matter

Eggs appear to let you continue as a new generation of your bug. The Keep Levels products suggest levels are normally reduced when that happens. We will update this page with exact rules once confirmed.

The egg cycle explained

From the buttons and products we have seen, the cycle looks like this. An adult bug presses Lay Egg, the egg hatches (or you pay for Hatch Now), and you continue as a new generation. The Keep Levels products (R$ 29 and R$ 99 [OP]) suggest you would normally lose levels in that step. All of this is to be verified until we can test it. Robux prices come from the Roblox API and are listed on the Robux shop page.

Should you buy egg products?

Hold off until the rules are confirmed. Spending on XP boosts helps every form, while egg products only help one part of the cycle.
